EXCEL HOME LOANS P/L (EXCEL) began operations in 1999
as a specialist provider of Residential Home and Investment
loans. We operated from Rental premises in Queen Street
Campbelltown. By 2001 we were accredited as mortgage
managers (not simply a broker) the added responsibility
saw us develop our computer systems to further the SERVICES
we could offer our clients. In 2004 we purchased our
current premises and continue to expand our business
and services. We opened our Brighton le sands office
in April 2008.

Experience
Managing Director, Albert Clayton, (AL) has more than
30 years experience working at senior management level,
including general management within a large public company.
That brings valuable inside knowledge to the workings
within big organizations and the basic fundamentals
with regard to diligent investment.
In an industry which is somewhat unregulated and where
many brokers have little experience (90% never having
worked in finance before setting up as Mortgage Brokers),
and where many have no relevant educational qualifications.
Al is backed up by a dedicated team of professionals
with over 50 years of combined banking experience.
Qualifications
Al is a qualified financial planner with a diploma in
marketing (University of NSW 1980), and has attended
many courses in financial planning and associated subjects;
he is accredited through Kings international college
having passed exams in core financial services and financial
planning. As such he is able to advise on negative gearing,
wealth creation through property investment and long
term strategic financial planning. We provide intelligent
solutions to your specific borrowing requirements. Our
Professionalism is First Class.

Our clients are protected by our memberships of the
Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA
- formerly the MIAA) the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited
(COSL). And the Finance Brokers Association of Australia.
(FBAA) These memberships require us to adhere to a strict
code of practice, ethical conduct, & disclosure.
All our loan consultants are professionally trained,
& undertake regular training to keep up to date
with changes and improvements to the many loan products.

From humble beginnings, we now offer a choice of many
types of loan structures, from both Bank & Non Bank
Lenders. Although many lenders offer hundreds of loans
thus confusing clients…we have a simple philosophy…..make
sure we structure the best loan for our clients.

ALL the lenders fees and charges are clearly explained
before you sign the loan
documents - there are no surprises when you get your
home loan contract. Commissions we receive are paid
by our lenders, not ADDED to your loans.

us at any time to get advice on your loan account, or
discuss your future needs. You never have to ring anyone
other than Excel, no talking to machines, no waiting
14 days for statements, we have all the answers, we
will train you in how to access your accounts via your
home computer or alternately you are always welcomed
into our offices and we will do it for you.
